Join us here in our weightloss community to learn and help each other to achieve incredible transformations. In this community we will count on each other for accountability. We are not here to judge and harp on you. Heaven knows we all gained weight for different reasons. We are here to really get to the bottom of why? What happened in our lives to put on the weight. Now there is nothing wrong with listening to a weightloss coach who has never been obese or overweight and they can help you get started on your journey but the goal is to get on a weightloss journey that is sustainable and will carry over past the weightloss phase and into the Maintenance phase . Most people can lose a lot of weight in a very short time but 85-90% will put that weight back on in just a few years and many cases a lot more weight than before.
We are going to explore all facets of weight loss to glean what works for the common person. We will especially investigate weight loss and healthy living for the over 50 crowd. Many of us did not grow up with a weight issue but with this contemporary lifestyle most of us have become sedentary and wonder what in the world happened? We are going to explore together how to come back from this overwhelming predicament that confronts us. Because from our point of view with life getting in the way it is tough to make the changes necessary to get our lives back on track. We know what we need to do but just don’t know how to get started. This is where, as a community we will assist with information that you can use to get the spark back in life.
We are going to confront the issues that hinder us and overwhelm us on our way to living our best life.
We have created this website to share our weightloss journey with you and hopefully to inspire and motivate each other and to assist you, and to help each other be what we always knew we could be.
Remember you are not alone in your feelings of depression and of being overwhelmed in our lives. We all make mistakes but together we can do this!
